Android Terms of Use

Eligibility and accounts

These terms apply to the Chappie Android service provided by Mitissa, LLC. You must be at least 18 to use it. Keep your account and sign-in credentials secure and do not access another person’s account. These terms also apply to guest use.

Features, AI models and payment methods depend on your region, app version and provider requirements. Store distribution does not mean that every AI service or payment method is available in every country.

AI and your content

AI output can be incorrect, incomplete, biased or inappropriate. Verify important information independently. Chappie is not a substitute for professional medical, legal or financial advice, or for emergency services.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for content you submit. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, child sexual exploitation, fraud, harm to others, infringement, or evasion of safety controls or usage limits. Creating or editing pornographic images or imagery intended for sexual gratification is prohibited. Non-explicit romance and non-pornographic artistic nudity remain subject to AI-provider safety rules. You can report inappropriate AI content from inside the app.

You retain your rights to your inputs. You permit us to process inputs and outputs as needed to provide the service, perform the AI tasks you request, store history and address safety issues. We do not guarantee that AI output is exclusive or eligible for copyright protection.

Purchases, renewal and cancellation

Paid features acquired through Google Play use the Google Play purchase flow shown in the app. Price, currency, billing period, trial eligibility and post-trial price are shown before you confirm. Trials and promotions depend on the store and account and are not always available.

Auto-renewing subscriptions renew under the terms of the provider where you purchased. Cancel by that provider’s displayed deadline to avoid another charge. An existing subscription is managed with its original provider; using an Android phone does not transfer it to Google Play.

Uninstalling the app or deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel with the actual purchase provider, such as Google Play, Apple or Stripe. Refunds and statutory rights follow applicable law and the purchase provider’s policies. Use the original store and appropriate Chappie account to restore purchased access.

Free allowances and usage limits follow the terms displayed in the app and are subject to abuse prevention. Reinstallation or account recreation does not create another free allowance.

Privacy, safety and availability

The Privacy Policy explains collection, sharing with AI services, optional analytics and advertising choices, retention and deletion. Contacting support or reporting safety issues does not require optional-analytics consent.

We may change or restrict features for maintenance, provider outages, legal requirements or abuse prevention. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights; treatment of paid subscriptions follows applicable law and purchase-provider rules.

Contact support@heychappie.com. The operator is Mitissa, LLC, based in the United States. We announce material changes on this page and, where appropriate, in the app. Mandatory consumer protections take precedence over these terms.
